The room lacked a fridge, disappointing. There was no convenient place to plug in the kettle. The bathroom needed work. The toilet felt oddly high and the sink was resting on shelf brackets.

i found the location superb! it was just a short walk from bus stop #1 for both the flybus and excursions. the staff proved helpful and cute, which i found especially appreciable. i also noticed that the rooms were well kept and clean, with convenient coffee facilities. the bed provided comfort.

happy with this hotels location
good tipps excellent room coffee machine helpful refrigerator
the receptionist gave good tipps. it was clean and in a very good spot. it isnt a luxury hotel but it has everything you need for a stay. the room was excellent and have city views, i liked it. there was a coffee pod machine and a refrigerator, i use to put food and wine.
there are 3 bars below it and they closed late. i hear loud cars play loud music and drunk people wandered on the street.

the hotel is right in the heart of town and that helped me a lot. it is an easy walk to restaurants and i could easily reach sightseeing bus stops, a big plus. i was always near from everything.

Excellent Location, Friendly Staff
helpful staff comfortable bed
The staff was friendly and helpful. I got an unexpected upgrade to a room with a balcony (thanks, Bella!). The room had everything I needed, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
My room was very noisy due to a bar across the street. The loud music continued until late, with people shouting. Earplugs were provided, which indicates this is a known issue.

a good urban retreat

the staff demonstrated amazing sweetness upon my late arrival i appreciated their warm welcome the room had beautiful views and a cleanliness i found really good it also felt very spacious. the location proved convenient i accessed attractions with ease and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. this stay created memories that shimmered with beauty.
the water possessed a strong sulfur odor initially unsettling though not the fault of the hotel.

breakfast service was absent however, coffee facilities were present in the room. capsule coffee machines were available for daily use. the lack of breakfast was not a hindrance given the charming neighborhood.

mixed experience due to noise and room issues
loud music non-functional air conditioning
the noise at night was awful. a nearby club played music until 4 am. the bass vibrated through the windows even with earplugs. also, the air conditioning only worked once , and there was no kettle in the room.

The location is central. I found many bars and eateries close by. The public swimming pool was only 20 minutes away by foot. A supermarket and bakery are within three minutes walk.
The hotel provided earplugs. I noticed this shows a noise problem. My room was small. The bathroom was also small.
