central location good breakfast helpful team
The hotel has a central location near the Rainbow Street. I could walk to most attractions. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured Icelandic food and standard buffet items. The team was helpful and kind.
The charges on the room differed from what I saw described.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
convenient location helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's convenient location for exploring the city. The bus stop for tours was very close, and the harbor district was only a half-hour walk. The front desk staff provided helpful suggestions, including lunch at the Seafood Grill while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff remembered my name, quite excellent.
I found the temperature in my room difficult to regulate. The heating could not be turned off, and a desk fan provided little relief. I had to keep the window open, but this let in noise from early deliveries and trash collections.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to many attractions. Walking to restaurants and shopping was convenient because of the location. The hotel provided a perfect base for city exploration and tour group access.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. There was a coffee machine and a water kettle in the room for guest use. The bathroom featured hot water, quite refreshing.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Icelandic foods. A phonograph and selection of LPs was available to listen to music. A fitness center was accessible, as were cozy sitting areas.

Central Stay with Minor Hiccup
plentiful options attentive staff central location
The breakfast buffet stood out with its plentiful options. I also found the staff quite attentive and helpful with directions. The hotel's central location allowed quick access to many attractions.
I found the street noise noticeable at night, especially with the windows open for ventilation. This impacted sleep quality on a couple of evenings. I suggest requesting a room away from the street if possible.

The king room had adequate space and comfortable bedding. There were sufficient power outlets near the desk and bedside tables. A small refrigerator was included for personal use.
