acceptable stay, but some issues
street noise slippery floor
the hotel is close to many attractions. attractions are 5-10 min away from the hotel.
street noise was a problem. i read other reviews and they mentioned that street noise might be a problem at this hotel but that wasn't the case . the bathroom was another problem because the bathtub was virtually impossible to use as it had an high sill. there was no grab bar and a very slippery floor.

helpful staff comfortable bed clean room central location
The staff were amazing. they were very knowledgeable. The bed was quite comfortable, I slept very well (rare for me in hotels!). The rooms were clean. I found the location very convenient. It made exploring the area easy.
The wifi speed was a bit slow.

sink repair inconsistent towels
The shower sink repair i requested never happened. Despite assurances it was taken care of! replacement of towels was inconsistent, only done partially. the staff removed the room key from the power socket, a perplexing action that prevented plugs from working and electronics from charging as intended. this oversight was particularly frustrating, and i expect better attention to detail.

central location excellent breakfast
I really liked the location. It was very central. the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection! the service was excellent. The staff helped us understand the parking using the parka app.
my room was on the 2nd floor, and it was quite noisy. i could hear people talk, and the really loud revving motorbikes and cars. they did not install soundproof windows.
