clean room central location friendly staff city view
The room was very clean and quite nice. The location made most city center points accessible on foot. The staff were professional. They were friendly. I will recommend staying here to all my family.
Options were limited during breakfast and it was disappointing. Beds felt smaller than standard size.

helpful staff convenient location
i appreciated the helpful staff . the location was very convenient to main attractions. i also liked the tv channels .
the doors closing were very loud i wasn't able to get comfortable rest because of that. the automatic door closers need adjustment.

the staff seemed friendly and always ready to help they offered advice about local restaurants and even gave tips for spotting the northern lights which was very helpful . i found their warm attitude charming.

the lodging is in the middle of downtown close to bars restaurants and harbor areas. hallgrímskirkja church is right beside the hotel it is easy to walk and explore the city this location is charming.

the lodging offers transfers from the airport i found this convenient upon arrival. the onsite snap restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet i liked that this. the amenities were charming.

small room barely opening window
the staff were helpful regarding taxis and airport transfers, it was useful.
my room felt really small, like a shoebox, it was also very hot since the small window barely opens, i struggled to sleep well due to the heat.

good location walking distance small shower shower curtain
the location was acceptable for getting around without transportation. everything i needed was within walking distance.
the shower was really small. it was almost impossible to take a shower without the shower curtain sticking to me or flooding the bathroom. it did not look like the photos posted on the hotel page.

prime location helpful staff convenient walk
i found the location very convenient to explore the city centre easily. it was a short walk to the main church and bus station, which i appreciated. the staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance , i am thankful for their support.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited, which i noticed .

small size breakfast service
The room I was assigned felt quite cramped. The small size made it difficult to store luggage. The limited space detracted from the overall experience and impacted my comfort . I also found the breakfast to be poorly maintained and lacked attention to detail.
