clean room airport transportation parking option
the receptionist was super helpful with transportation to the airport, which i found so sweet of them! the room was also very clean! they also helped me with options to park my car since the hotel had no parking, i appreciated it.
The room was not completely soundproof. I could hear people in the corridor, it was a slight bother.

great location city sites good variety clean room
The location impressed me. It allows simple access to many center sites. Breakfast had variety and it tasted really good. The room was good. I find it very comfy and tidy. The staff helped, and they are always wonderful.
I found the room small. Storage wasn't great when I had heavier winter gear, though I was fine.

faulty tv sticky table
i had some problems . the tv in my room didn't work at all. also, the breakfast wasn't great and i found the table sticky each day. i was disappointed with the lack of attention to these details.

friendly receptionist excellent location ample space modern style
The receptionist with dark hair was very friendly. She made check-in easy and pleasant. The location provides excellent access to main attractions. Parking nearby was convenient through an app. The room offered ample space and had modern style.
The room lacked a central overhead light. Individual lamps were necessary.

I appreciated the convenient location. It made exploring the area simple. the staff was helpful with directions and local tips. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries). i found the hotel to be clean and well kept.
The gym was a bit smaller than i expected. It had limited equipment.

helpful staff breakfast selection small room dark room
the staff at reception were REALLY helpful. they provided assistance with directions and local tips. the breakfast buffet each morning featured fresh ingredients and a good selection. it was a great start to THE day.
the room i had was a little small. there was also no overhead light, so the room felt dark at times. it was a problem when i was trying to pack.
