location good but some issues
small room street noise
the staff were nice and helpful. the hotel is in a good location.
the room i had was really small (not ideal when you're trying to unpack). also, it got pretty noisy at night. street noise was a constant issue and it was hard to sleep sometimes. (i definitely expected better soundproofing).

Really good Stay in Central location
central location clean room connected suite rooftop bar
The hotel's location is VERY central. the rooms were clean and adequately sized. I appreciated having two rooms next to each other with an outer door, great to keep our individual room doors open. It created a sort of connected suite. the rooftop bar provided a nice view of the city.
The breakfast service was a bit slow at times. Refilling the bread, juice, and glasses took longer than expected.

amazing views comfortable beds
The rooftop bar has amazing views of the entire city. I loved the cocktails and light bites. The beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed restful sleep each night. I found the location ideal for exploring all the city offers. The concierge assisted me with restaurant bookings, which I appreciated.
The room I stayed in was smaller than expected. Storage space was limited.

Okay Stay with Service Issues
slow check-in inefficient staff
The check-in process was excessively slow. My room key did NOT work initially. Upon finally gaining entry, I found the room already occupied by another guest, a major security breach. This required multiple trips back to reception, each time forcing me to queue again. The rooftop bar also had issues. My drink order was forgotten twice. This wasn't the bartender's fault, but the inefficiency of the waiting staff was CLEAR.
