The staff were friendly. They provided useful restaurant recommendations. The location was great. It was close to many walkable places.
The rooms had poor ventilation. The windows could not be opened in my room. Breakfast was not as good as I expected. The food selection was limited. The area felt crowded.

i found the staff team very helpful. they answered all my questions quickly. i also appreciated the central location, so close to everything. the hotel was surprisingly quiet inside, it was a relaxing contrast to the busy streets outside.

location was pretty good. it was near to shops and restaurants. there was a bus stop right outside it. sightseeing tour buses and airport shuttle buses were so handy.
the room layout felt a little bad. the toilet and the shower shared one door. the door was located in front of the room's main door. i did not feel too private in there.
