Fantastic Stay in Prime Location!
complimentary water wide variety nice touch great view
I found complimentary water available on every floor. I also appreciated the sweets at the reception desk. I thought it was a nice touch. The breakfast had a large variety of options. Our room on the second floor offered a great view of the bustling street!
I noticed some slight wear on the hallway carpets, but it didn't impact my stay much.

The hotel is steps away from a metro station! I found many restaurants within walking distance, too. The proximity to major attractions made it easy to explore the area. It was fantastic!

The breakfast area was spacious and well-kept. I saw many options for food. From pastries to hot dishes. The coffee machine worked quickly and offered a variety of drinks. The staff kept everything clean!

shower dispensers broken tv
the place is in a great spot and everything. but, the shower dispensers wasn't work properly. i tried to watch some tv, but it also wasn't work. i thought there was something more i was expecting, like some facial tissues. staff tried they best to help, it didn't make it better.

Excellent Central Location
air conditioning view room change balcony access pleasant surprise
Our initial room faced the back with views of air conditioning units. I spoke with staff about an upgrade and received a room change! A room with a balcony became available. We were happy with this.
Roadwork outside continued late into the night, causing some disruption. There was no room service available either, a slight inconvenience.

fantastic city stay
superb location thoughtful touch excellent advice
i really enjoyed my stay. the location was superb. the water fountains on each floor were a thoughtful touch, letting me refill my water bottle easily. the staff offered excellent advice and were always cute (i liked that a lot).
the breakfast options felt a bit limited. i think adding a bit more variety would improve the experience.

helpful staff convenient water comfortable beds amazing pressure
The staff was quite helpful and accommodating. I found a water fountain available, offering a convenient way to refill my water bottle. I also appreciated the comfortable beds. The shower had amazing water pressure.
The rooms could use some additional charging points for electronic devices.
