bakery bliss!
friendly staff amazing bakery great location
i loved how friendly the staff was and the bakery downstairs is such a treat! the location is awesome because it is close to a lot of spots people like to visit and it is easy to walk around. i really liked the hot bath water too it felt great.
the sound insulation could be better since i could hear some noise from the hallway.

the room was super clean and i was excited to find a great shower inside it. the bed was comfy i had no problem falling asleep after walking so much each day.

the staff were helpful they assisted with directions plus gave advice about local spots the friendly attitude really enhanced the experience. i was pleased with their attentiveness they definitely went above what i expected.

this hotel is in a safe neighborhood which is near the city center so getting around was simple it made seeing all the sites easy. the proximity to shops and restaurants added to its convenience it kept me from getting bored.

convenient location kind staff lovely bottle
The location proved super convenient. the room was well kept, and a lovely surprise was the bottle with the hotel logo provided. I could refill it from a water source. the staff was KIND and attentive. the bakery downstairs made mornings particularly enjoyable.
sound isolation was not the STRONG point of the room.

good size fresh pastries great location lively entrance
The room had enough space, it worked well for my height. i found fresh pastries and coffee every morning to be a treat. the hotel location allowed easy walks to many places. I visited attractions without problems. i enjoyed the entrance each morning. It felt lively.
The room lacked soundproofing. I heard noises from the hallway. it made it a little hard to sleep sometimes

excellent location fresh bread friendly staff
the hotel's location was excellent i could easily walk to many attractions the bakery downstairs provided fresh bread and pastries daily the staff was friendly and helped fix the safe i found all of this very helpful. they also booked a taxi for me when i departed. it was like i was part of the neighborhood there were so many great places nearby to eat.
i noticed that the hotel does not have air conditioning so i had to open the window to cool the room there was some noise and mosquitoes as a result i also noticed minimal storage space so a shelf in the bathroom could be added.

the bakery on the premises offered a variety of breads pastries juice and coffee the aroma of freshly baked goods filled the hotel each morning providing a good start to the day i appreciated the convenience.

the hotel staff were helpful and quick to fix problems their friendly and helpful service was greatly appreciated particularly when i needed assistance with the safe and transport to the airport.

good location friendly staff uncomfortable bed small room
The location is REALLY good. It is just a few meters away from Gracias Street and Casa Mila. The staff were very friendly. They provided us a lot of help.
Bed and pillows were not comfortable. There were no fridge or closet to leave stuff so room was messy immediately. The room was VERY small and loud from a child's playground outside.

helpful staff luggage storage really good bakery convenient location
The staff was very helpful . I stored my luggage after checking out. It allowed me to explore without any encumbrances before my departure. I found that the on-site bakery was really good. I favored everything I sampled. The hotel location is also very convenient.
The room lacked sound insulation so street noise was noticeable at times.
