the staff was friendly and helpful. it met my basic expectations.
The coffee policy was infuriating! i had to pay extra for coffee since i didn't buy breakfast. There was no coffee maker in the room either. the hotel needs to reconsider this ridiculous rule!

the room had a great size, i especially liked the plant wall. the additional lounge room was perfect for chilling out after long walks. being able to have a drink and a light snack, like home.
The cleanliness of the room needs improvement. i found some sweets on the floor when i first checked in. then, the next day, a cleaning cloth was left on my luggage when i came back in the evening. I reported it to reception right away.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The complimentary snacks and beverages available each afternoon were a great bonus. The location was superb, providing easy access to many attractions. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness.
The absence of coffee-making facilities in the room was a minor inconvenience.
