Charmed by every detail
shopping street comfortable bed
The hotel's location ON the main shopping street made exploring easy. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh toiletries provided. The bed was also very comfortable. I loved the rooftop bar that had food and drinks available all day. Views of iconic landmarks were a real treat.
I noticed the refreshment tray offered only cheap tea and coffee. I was disappointed by the lack of quality. Even a few biscuits would have elevated the experience.

central location helpful staff rooftop view room size street noise limited breakfast choice
its location felt so central (right near everything, it seemed). the rooftop bar offered such a view. the staff members were helpful, assisting with any needs i had .
i encountered a few issues that slightly detracted from my experience. the room i was in seemed a little smaller than the images online suggested. the street noise could be noticeable, especially during the mornings. the breakfast choice felt somewhat limited.

limited equipment frustrating key
The location was great, very close to high-end shops. I appreciated that the staff was polite and friendly.
The gym was a joke. It barely had any equipment. The key cards were a DISASTER. I had to reactivate them multiple times daily to access my room. It became frustrating (not exactly relaxing on vacation).
