I found the staff consistently approachable and friendly. The location impressed me. It is near a tube stop. Our room featured a nice balcony with views over the street. It was very modern and clean.
The room was really small, and opening the door almost made me trip over the bed.

the double room balcony had a comfortable bed i slept well. i found hanging space sufficient for my needs. the sixth floor patio offered complimentary tea and coffee at all times i certainly made use of that.
the room faced the inner side so little sunlight entered.

the location worked great i could reach many attractions easily the free tea and coffee on the 6th floor patio was a treat i also appreciated the sweets and biscuits available in reception it added a nice touch
the air conditioning did not stay on for more than a few hours there was also a lack of proper shades allowing sunlight to stream in it made sleeping difficult i also noted there were some things in the bathroom not working they promised fixes but nothing happened

I found the location great. It was super central. we got a bigger room when i asked. i left my headphones behind, but the staff found them. It was really appreciated! it was great!
our room faced an internal courtyard, so there was no daylight. it was quite dark inside the room, even during the day. i would have loved some natural light, but sadly, we did not get any.

The staff was very nice. I found them very polite. The reception was open 24h. It provided silence and tranquility in the room.
The room was small! Opening the entrance door put you right on the bed and this isn't good. The bathroom had a miniature sink. The bathroom door didn't allow proper privacy. The windows faced two light wells.

The front desk provided luggage storage after checkout. I used this service before my late flight. The rooftop terrace offered city views. I spent some time there each evening to enjoy the atmosphere. Staff helped me book a taxi to the airport. I was so glad to avoid the stress of finding one myself early in the morning.
