artful stay in a great location

the reception staff handled check-in easily. there was a happy hour cocktail served, and the room proved clean and nice. the staff was accommodating. breakfast offered diverse choices. the hotel's location is excellent, and it is close to many attractions and easy to navigate.
The pool was a huge disappointment. Pictures were not true regarding size or facilities.

the hotel provided complimentary water bottles in the mini bar which was a plus. the toiletry kit available in the bathroom contained useful items. the air conditioning in the room worked effectively. daily housekeeping maintained cleanliness and restocked supplies efficiently.
Finding towels at the pool proved difficult. i had to request them on multiple days. That was inconvenient.

the hotel room was clean. i noted that the hotel provides body lotion, a toothbrush bag, bath robe, slipper and extra towels. the breakfast was great and fresh beverages were provided at the lobby. the interior layout also was very fancy.
the room i was assigned had a huge pillar. this. the bed was too small for two people. it was smaller than a queen.
