I found the staff very helpful when i needed it. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and it was REALLY tasty. The hotel location was convenient, close to attractions and transport.
The shower pressure was VERY bad. It was hard to shower. I reported it three times, but it did not get fixed. The hotel did not ask if I needed anything during the power outage.

the breakfast offered several choices. the staff were always kind. i found the location perfect for exploring. the hotel provided an intimate atmosphere
no negative aspects impacted my experience. everything about the hotel was pretty good. i have no criticisms regarding any of the amenities or services. my stay was perfect
