I found the staff very helpful. They quickly addressed all my questions. the reception area had complimentary lemonade and candies, a nice touch. my room was cleaned each day and the supplies were replenished regularly. the gym was a definite plus for my routine.
i noticed the terrace area could use some improvements.

the location is central, close to many attractions. a metro station is very nearby, a major benefit. i could easily walk to several points of interest and find restaurants.

breakfast had many options, but the food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast area was always clean. staff kept everything well-stocked and were attentive to guests' needs and requests.

the location was really convenient. arc de triomf metro station was about a 5-minute walk away (super handy for getting around!). the staff was also very attentive. breakfast had many options and the food tasted great.
the hotel could use a little updating.

the location provided convenient access to key areas. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff upon arrival. i found the cleanliness of the room to be satisfactory, and toiletries were provided.
i observed insects and hair in the bathroom upon arrival. the amenities initially provided were only suitable for one person, though i was traveling as a pair. a towel was missing on the first day.

the location was acceptable. it was within walking distance of some sites.
The room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. i noticed dust on the furniture and the floor had not been vacuumed well. there were no tea bags provided initially. These were only replenished after i requested a room cleaning.
