poor layout shower drainage
the reception staff helped me. the room was like i had expected, a twin.
the room seemed old. the shower did not drain properly. it would have been better if the location were more central since it is not near the metro.

the hotel provided water, tea, and coffee. the rooftop area offered a relaxing space. i found the room was clean upon arrival.
i noticed very little natural light since the room overlooked a small internal courtyard.

the hotel provides easy access to metro stations with the closest, arc de triomf, about 5 minutes away. a bus station is very close, as are restaurants , and a coin laundry facility is available nearby.

I found the staff very helpful. They quickly addressed all my questions. the reception area had complimentary lemonade and candies, a nice touch. my room was cleaned each day and the supplies were replenished regularly. the gym was a definite plus for my routine.
i noticed the terrace area could use some improvements.

convenient location attentive staff tasty food
the location was really convenient. arc de triomf metro station was about a 5-minute walk away (super handy for getting around!). the staff was also very attentive. breakfast had many options and the food tasted great.
the hotel could use a little updating.

convenient location helpful staff room cleanliness bathroom insects inadequate amenities missing towel
the location provided convenient access to key areas. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff upon arrival. i found the cleanliness of the room to be satisfactory, and toiletries were provided.
i observed insects and hair in the bathroom upon arrival. the amenities initially provided were only suitable for one person, though i was traveling as a pair. a towel was missing on the first day.
