Wonderful Hotel in Great Location

Natalia and Angel were particularly helpful. The location is excellent, close to many sites. My room was quite spacious and I found the king size bed very comfortable.
I have no complaints about my stay. Everything met my expectations and more.

The hotel boasts a super convenient location. It's very easy to get around and see all the sights. My room was clean and quite spacious. I really appreciated the fresh towels I received daily. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool.

The hotel is close to many local sites and food areas. Everything is within walking distance, a huge plus for exploring. It's also easy to jump on bus tours from this location.

i appreciated the location because it allowed easy access to attractions. metro access was also close. the room was a great size for my family. the staff helped with directions and ticket purchases.
i noticed the absence of a full-length mirror. this was a minor inconvenience .

The location was quite good. It allows access to restaurants, shops, and transport options.
The air conditioning did not cool enough. It only went down to 19 degrees. There was no full-length mirror in the room (I consider this a necessity). My entry cards failed twice, forcing me to return to reception, once near midnight.
