convenient location good security helpful staff
i found the location convenient for exploring places of interest. it was easy to locate the hotel too. security was good. staff were friendly and helpful.
the room felt slightly stuffy even with the window open.

fantastic stay near arc de triomf
perfect location spacious room clean room amazing staff
i enjoyed my time here. the hotel is close to the arc de triomf on a quiet street filled with many dining options and shops. i found the room to be quite spacious and clean. the staff members were always very helpful and cute.
the tv signal was a bit intermittent, but it wasn't a major issue .

the breakfast offered many options. i saw multiple types of bread, fresh fruit, and even ingredients to make bread with tomatoes. there were also fresh juices and cava available. the food was AMAZING!!!

helpful staff central location early check
our ROOMS were already available when we checked in the morning. Super helpful staff made everything easy. I really enjoyed the hotel's central location close to everything.
there was an noisy festival near the hotel. the thumping bass gave me a headache it went on for hours. i wish the hotel had warned me about this event when i booked the room.

I stayed in a double ROOM. The cleaning service was regular and very thorough. Staff was helpful, especially the friendly receptionist.
The gym equipment appears a little outdated.

the air conditioning did not work good in my room. i spoke to the staff daily, yet nothing was done about it. eventually, they moved me to a different room and it was like going from a superior plus to a superior minus. they also didn't apologize or offer anything for my trouble.
