I enjoyed the amenities provided, including rituals products in the bathroom and practical items were included. the housekeeping service was excellent. The room was super clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. the staff was friendly, even helping weigh luggage before departure, which i found useful. the hotel's location is a short walk from colón and close to montjuïc.
i noticed the hallways could use some attention, as they appear a bit worn. otherwise, my stay was great.

the staff offered clear information about secure payments prior to arrival, answering my questions quickly. they assisted with weighing luggage, demonstrating attentiveness. the hotel staff also provided helpful directions for nearby attractions.

I was pleased the promotional offers included drinks at the bar. i noticed there is a coffee shop is located beside the hotel. It's convenient for a quick breakfast. lidl, a grocery store is also nearby.

The beds were very comfortable, accommodating my request for two separate beds. the room was equipped with the amenities i needed. I found everything functional. the courtyard view was exactly as expected.

the bed was quite comfortable that met my expectations after a long day.
the room cleanliness was not satisfactory i found dust on the skirtings it was not what i expected from a hotel of this supposed standard. the bathroom also showed signs of wear and tear specifically mould was present in the shower. i felt uneasy about the general state of upkeep.

the location was amazing, within walking distance to many attractions. the room included amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, and a razor. housekeeping did a great job ensuring the room remained sparlking clean. i found the breakfast excellent with many choices.
the wi-fi signal on my floor was weak, almost unusable at times. it made planning my next day difficult.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Ray, in particular, went out of his way to assist guests. irene at the front desk greeted guests cheerfully and demonstrated a lot of patience, which i witnessed.

The breakfast area presented many options suitable for everyone. The food was prepared just right. all the staff working in the dining area were observant and effective, and the place remained always clean. it was a great way to start the day.

The location offers easier access to main tourist attraction sites plus the beach. Several public transport facilities are close. it is located in a serene environment. i could easily walk to several key locations.
