the location was perfect. the staff were friendly. the rooms are spacious and clean. i found the breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the food tasted good. the hotel staff helped me find a store i needed.
I noticed little cockroaches twice in the bathroom.

The hotel is located centrally. It provides easy access to many places. Breakfast included a nice buffet. Staff were helpful each morning.
Our room was on the first floor. It faced a busy road. There was constant traffic noise. The air conditioning did not cool properly.

The location proves awesome. The hotel is near the central shopping area and has a short walk to the Cathedral. The staff seem helpful and friendly. I appreciated the clean room. The service feels friendly, I liked that the sink and bathroom were separate.
I noticed small rooms. You hear noise from the next room even when they use the hairdryer. This should be improved with better isolation. I recommend looking into better soundproofing.

the breakfast was an absolute dream, especially with the fresh orange juice made right before my eyes, and the good egg station. the room felt expansive and inviting, with a comfortable atmosphere i adored. i felt the location placed me perfectly to appreciate every moment.
I noticed the television wasn't connected to the internet. It was slightly inconvenient, though i spent little time watching it.

My room featured two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. Amenities that added a touch of luxury to my mornings. the air conditioning maintained a comfortable climate. It was quiet and constant. i found the arrangement romantic.

Sandra showed excellent help with any needs. Her kindness shone. i felt the hotel staff were very lovely, and they were very attentive. their work enriched my overall feelings about the visit.

Wonderful stay and service

The hotel location was superb I found. The staff were polite, professional, and friendly at all times. Our double room with terrace was spacious and clean. I appreciated the comfortable bed after a day of exploring. The amenities in the room were useful and I particularly enjoyed the mini fridge.
The air conditioning could not be set below 21 degrees. This temperature was due to government environmental regulations. This situation made temperature control difficult.

The hotel provides a tasty breakfast including avocado. The breakfast hours are very convenient, they run until 11 am on weekdays and 12 pm on weekends which is wonderful to enjoy some extra sleep if they wish.

The front desk staff were helpful. They provided recommendations and assistance with maps of the area. The staff bought us an additional rollaway bed while we were out exploring. This rollaway was for our little boy.
