unfresh greens limited vegan options

the breakfast was a letdown. i expected better vegan options but found only a few, poorly prepared choices. the greens weren't fresh, and i even spotted mold on some berries. i also asked about more options at reception, but staff seemed uninterested in helping, a poor attitude in hospitality.

street noise closed rooftop

i found some issues . the soundproofing was insufficient, and street noise was quite noticeable (especially at night). the rooftop and its supposed hot tub were inaccessible, disappointing. the lack of access to this amenity (one of the few communal spaces) was not communicated prior to my arrival.

super comfortable hotel style small room hanging rack

the Bed was SUPER comfortable , and i LOVED the overall style of the hotel.

i WAS disappointed with the SMALL room , it looked like an ikea installation and did not have wardrobes , only a hanging rack. the bathroom was also small and the water from the shower leaked into the bedroom.

charming getaway!

attentive staff tidy space

I adored the convenient location near major attractions. the staff displayed warm hospitality, always attentive to our needs! they thoughtfully provided bottled water, a very sweet gesture. the housekeeping service kept our room immaculate. Returning to a tidy space was wonderful.

the room felt quite small. it lacked a proper wardrobe, with only a hanging rack, a bit disappointing for organizing our belongings.
