central stay!
prime location attentive staff secure luggage
I appreciated the hotel's prime location. It was easy to explore the area. the staff was attentive to our needs, and the room was ready earlier than expected. they stored our luggage securely while we explored, which helped a lot!
the noise from the street never stopped! i had to use earplugs each night to sleep. it was the only real issue, but it affected my sleep quality.

The hotel is in the heart of the city near placa catalunya. It offers easy access to various attractions. metro and railway train options are nearby. You can easily reach any point in the city.

the hotel has an elevator, so you do not need to worry about carrying luggage upstairs. luggage storage is available and is quite useful if you need to store luggage after check-out. a fridge and air conditioning are in each room.

The staff was very nice. They were willing to assist with any issues. i needed help with directions, and they were quick to provide recommendations. i felt genuinely cared for !

street noise old elevator
I expected better soundproofing. The street noise was VERY disruptive. The elevator looked quite old. It made concerning noises. I observed water damage in the bathroom, with some piping secured using tape. I think improvements are needed to bring this aspect up to standard.

Great Central Stay
central location friendly staff tea facilities separate keys
I found the location to be excellent. It was easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay , they assisted me with directions. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities. The building entrance , the hotel entrance, and my room each required a separate key.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low , it made rinsing a little slow.

The reception staff provided very pleasant and helpful service. They maintained a 24-hour reception , which was convenient for late arrivals. The team was responsive to requests .

dirty baseboards difficult door
the location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions.
the bathroom door was difficult to slide. the baseboards were dirty near the door. this did not portray a high degree of quality.

the location i found good. the staff were helpful with directions. i enjoyed being so central. the room had a tv.
the room was small. there wasn't much space for luggage. the bathroom door seemed broken. i noted the towels felt old.
