unique character attentive service breakfast selection intimate atmosphere
the location provided very nice views and a sense of tranquility. the service was very attentive. the breakfast buffet offered a lovely , well-curated selection. the hotel is spread across three buildings , which contributes to a unique and intimate atmosphere.
the steep hill leading to the hotel was somewhat challenging , especially with luggage.

convenient location kind service malfunctioning ac terrible smell uncool room
They were kind and very helpful. The location provided easy access using the funicular lavra next to the hotel.
The air conditioning in my original room did not work well. It barely cooled the room. The hallway had a terrible smell too.

fantastic stay
comfortable bed gorgeous design lovely view attentive staff
I found the bed comfortable (it really was!). the suite design was gorgeous. i also enjoyed the lovely city view. the staff were super attentive. They were responsive and helpful when needed.
the bath towels were excellent the first day, however, on the second day regular quality ones were delivered to the room.

the hotel features a garden area with a pool. the hotel has large public areas, including terraces and two pools, providing ample space for relaxation. the buildings exhibit a classical style.

the hotel's location is advantageous because it is in the city center and on a hillside. this provides city views comparable to those from a viewing platform. the hotel is set on a hill, offering nice views.

the staff was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. they are attentive but not overly present. staff provided chocolate on the nightstand for the turndown service, a nice touch.

beautiful view attentive staff good breakfast noisy room missed treatment
the hotel offered beautiful views. the staff at the bar was very attentive. the breakfast and restaurant were also quite good. (i especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit.)
my room was right next to the bin store, so it was noisy each morning. the hotel offered a spa treatment as compensation, but no one from the spa ever arrived.
