the breakfast space felt cramped, it was difficult to walk past other guests. the soundproofing seemed ineffective. i could clearly hear noise from the busy street and other rooms.

the bathroom door was heavy and difficult to manage, it always reminded me of it wanted to close on me. the ac only worked on heating mode and the air felt stale, it was hard to breathe. the breakfast gave me heartburn, it was mediocre.

The air conditioning unit was not effective. It seemed stuck on heating. this made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. also, i noticed a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom. I suspect there may be drainage issues. the noise insulation was poor. I could hear street sounds.

the hotel is close to two metro stops on the green line. this made getting around the city quite simple. a short uber ride took me to the airport in only twenty minutes. i found the staff polite and efficient at all times. the neighborhood is acceptable but i didn't find a lot of nearby dinner options.
the bathroom door was a little heavy and difficult to manage.

i appreciated that the superior room was very comfortable. the shower and balcony were good. the buffet breakfast was excellent! many fruits, pastries, and pastel de nata were included.
