the location is central. shops and restaurants are just outside the door. the staff was professional, courteous and attentive to all our needs. i cannot imagine having a better experience.
I noticed very little light in the bathroom. the bedroom didn't have much light either. The spotlights should be more intense

the location was acceptable on a main pedestrian street.
it tasted rather cheap. additionally, housekeeping commenced rounds at 8:30 am, which i found rather early. the thinness of the walls meant i could hear everything.

Acceptable stay

friendly staffconvenient locationsmall roomlimited lighting
The staff was very friendly and helpful . I found the location quite convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. I took advantage of the airport transfer they arranged. Everything was smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, it offered a good start to the day.
The room I was given felt rather small for the duration of my stay. The bathroom had limited lighting, this made it challenging to get ready in the mornings. I also noticed some street noise late at night, a bit disruptive. The air conditioning seemed to struggle initially, it took some time to reach the desired temperature.

Solid stay in city center

early check-instaff servicecentral locationtour arrangement
I enjoyed the early check-in the hotel offered. The staff provided a welcome glass of wine and Pastel de Nata upon arrival. The location is right in the heart of the action. They helped arrange a tour to Sintra. The tour guide was knowledgeable.
The room had little natural light. The window faced a nearby building. This wasn't very nice.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast included many different options. I ate diverse viljatuotteita, juustoja, leikkeleitä, hedelmiä ja pullaa sekä leivonnaisia. The breakfast area had enough seating for all guests.
