The location is central to many shops and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and there was a good selection. I found the room to be clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.
The window sound isolation was poor so I could hear loud talking and music outside at night.

The location allowed easy access to main attractions by foot. Rossio station was a quick five-minute walk away. Breakfast offered various continental choices. The staff assisted with all requests.
The bathroom door is made of glass, offering minimal privacy for the toilet area.
