The reception staff was cute. I appreciated their recommendations for local dining. The hotel had a cute outdoor area. I enjoyed the spacious room. It included a balcony and a large bathroom stocked with slippers and toiletries. The breakfast choice was amazing!!!

central location soft sheets spa-like experience fresh pastries

The hotel is very quiet despite its central location I slept soundly. The room had very soft sheets and pillows ensuring a restful sleep. I enjoyed the high-end soaps and shampoos provided each shower became a spa-like experience. Breakfast included a beautiful buffet with a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries.

The pot of tea was expensive.

The inner patio-lounge has a modern metal sculpture I found it awesome. The hotel includes a small pool I liked the sauna. There is also a fitness area I didn't use it but I saw it.

The reception staff were genuinely friendly I appreciated their recommendations for local dining. I saw the staff communicate in Portuguese English French and Spanish. The staff seemed happy while working which I found heartwarming.

The king grand room was spacious and sparkling clean the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom featured slippers gowns and toiletries I thought it was a nice touch. The room included a comfortable bed I slept well each night.
