the hotel's location is unbeatable! i found it convenient to access many attractions. the breakfast had a good variety of food. the suite rossio square view provided amazing views of the square.

cramped room noisy air conditioning
The location was very convenient, providing easy access to transportation.
The room I had was smaller than expected. It felt cramped. The bathroom was also quite small, so maneuvering around was difficult. The air conditioning was very noisy and impacted sleep quality..

Excellent Hotel Experience
central location spacious room helpful staff
I found the hotel's location to be perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. I also appreciated the daily towel and bedsheet changes. The staff were always helpful, polite, and provided useful information, and the welcome pastel de nata was a charming touch.
The coffee machine and kettle in my room lacked a nearby plug. This forced me to place them on the floor across the room.

The room featured a television cleverly hidden behind a mirror. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, which I found to be very convenient. The room offered comfortable accommodations for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located right on the main square. It provides easy access to many attractions. The metro station is very close. This made airport transfers simple and quick.
