adequate stay with noted drawbacks
limited storage inconvenient absence
my room required climbing several flights of stairs (there was no lift). the room itself was quite small with limited storage. i also found the absence of basic amenities like drawers inconvenient. it impacted my ability to organize my belongings efficiently .

central location perfect aircon daily room cleaning
I loved how central everything was. Exploring was so easy! the air conditioning worked perfectly. Such a relief after a long day. i appreciated the daily room cleaning with fresh towels. It felt so luxurious!
The stairs were a bit much. Especially after walking all day.

central courtyard tranquility
central location prompt assistance quiet room
i stayed on the fifth floor facing the inner courtyard the location was convenient near metro and train stations. staff promptly assisted with luggage and provided city information i found the room clean and quiet which was perfect after exploring the city.
the building lacks an elevator which required climbing several flights of stairs this could pose a challenge for some guests.

the hotel's central position offers easy access to key attractions the baixa-chiado metro station is just five minutes away on foot i also found cais do sodre and rossio train stations conveniently close.

upon arrival the staff provided immediate help with my luggage they also shared local tips and offered refreshments i appreciated their attentiveness and helpful recommendations .

helpful assistance clean room
The front desk offered helpful assistance. the room was clean. It even smelled fresh.
There was a slight lack of soundproofing between rooms. I could hear some noise from neighboring guests at times.

great central stay
friendly staff clean room great location strong shower pressure
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and serviced regularly. the location is great near many restaurants and bars it is easy to get to attractions I found. the shower pressure was strong I enjoyed it.
the room was very bare bones it was old with a few upgrades only. there was no elevator and lots of steps to climb it was on the fourth floor.

the hotel sits right in the heart of a vibrant community it felt very authentic. the metro is just two blocks in one direction adding to the convenience. i also noted an easy access to elevated transport nearby.
