helpful staff working air conditioning good water pressure central location
the staff was very helpful arranging tours. the rooms had air conditioning that worked perfectly, important. the shower was also really nice and had good water pressure. being in the heart of everything made exploring very simple.
the bathroom soap dispenser wasn't properly secured to the wall.

the hotel is near a metro station. the train station is also within easy walking distance. many sights and restaurants are close by. i found cabs to be readily available at Praça de Figueira.

the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. the restaurant staff was courteous. there were many restaurants and bakeries near the hotel. this made finding meals very convenient.

the rooms were clean and modern. my bed was comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and well kept. i found the air conditioning to be very effective, maintaining a pleasant temperature.

The location provided easy access to the city center. The breakfast included a station for omelets and fresh fruit. Staff offered a walking tour (it was very informative).
The room size was small. There was limited space for luggage.

portuguese egg tarts bluetooth speaker strong jet waterfall shower
the complimentary portuguese egg tarts with a welcome note were a very nice touch. i liked the bluetooth speaker installed in the wall (it was very convenient).
the shower jet was quite strong and difficult to keep in place. the waterfall shower caused water to splash everywhere (i nearly slipped).
