stylish boutique hotel with fantastic service!
amazing welcome sweet treats helpful staff luggage storage
the reception gave me such an amazing welcome. staff at reception are always helpful and informative, and they even turned a blind eye when i snuck to the reception for a pastel de nata and sweets! i stored my luggage in the hotel for a short trip away.
I did notice some slight wear and tear in the room. One of the windows didn't seal completely. this let in some street noise and made the ac a little less effective, but it wasn't a major issue!

The rooms have lovely decor and traditional portuguese tiles. a comfy bed! i especially liked the complimentary bottle of iced champagne as a nice welcome. the bed was comfortable. They even provide a pillow menu.

the staff are so friendly and courteous! andre, the receptionist, were very good too. the staff creates a cute atmosphere. the hotel offers great cocktails and snacks on the rooftop bar.

delicious pastries complimentary champagne charming decor portuguese tiles
i was welcomed with sparkling wine and delicious pastries upon arrival! the receptionist, andre, was cute and helpful. my room featured charming decor and traditional portuguese tiles. a complimentary bottle of iced champagne was an unexpected and appreciated surprise!
i experienced a very slight inconvenience with a brief power cut one evening.

the location is near luxury shopping! it is also a short, inexpensive bolt ride to comércio square. the surrounding area is quiet and residential. the metro stop is close by.

The breakfast selection featured a wide variety of dishes. The hotel provides complimentary sweets daily! the rooftop bar has excellent cocktails and snacks. i tried the madeira island and strawberry sour cocktails, and they were AMAZING!!!

top tier breakfast helpful staff metro access
the breakfast was top tier, they have a menu you can choose from for eggs or sweets. the staff was also really nice and helpful if i had any question. the hotel is near the metro, it was ideal to explore the area.
i notice some noise from the room next to mine.

stylish decor soft linens multiple choices
the decor had style. our standard bedroom had a good shower with space. soft bed linens were comfortable. breakfast included many choices.
street noise was noticeable due to a window not sealing properly.

the staff offered helpful service. i saw they worked efficiently to assist with requests. they helped locate a lost phone and posted it to the uk.

rooftop bar noise stained towel
The breakfast was good enough, with a wide selection of items available.
I was bothered by noise coming from the rooftop bar several nights. It was difficult to sleep before midnight because sounds carried down to my room on a low floor. one of my towels looked stained even after it was supposedly cleaned.
