really good stay
central location super clean room great water pressure
the hotel is centrally located, a significant advantage. the room was super clean and well kept. bathrooms featured great water pressure (i appreciate this detail). i also liked the minibar, customized to my preferences.
the breakfast service felt a bit slow on one occasion.

my superior double or twin room included modern facilities with thoughtful design. the comfort level was visibly a priority in the room's layout and amenities. a complimentary minibar was restocked daily (a rare service).

the hotel offered a complimentary two-hour walking tour of historic landmarks. i found this tour to be a great way to start exploring the area. i also enjoyed the daily rotating snacks and wine tastings in the lobby.

a decent experience
helpful staff walking tour history introduction slow service evening cocktails disappointing offering
the hotel staff worked well as a team. each member was helpful and kind. doing the walking tour with ana, the concierge, on my first day was a great decision. this tour gave a wonderful introduction to the history.
The breakfast felt underwhelming. i have experienced far better at other hotels. the service was also slow. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee. the complimentary evening "cocktails" were disappointing. One night it was sangria, another night punch.

friendly staff really good coffees limited minibar disappointing cocktails
The staff were friendly. The offerings included the tours and the yoga class. The coffees were really good and the food in the breakfast was very nice. The staff helped us get a reservation for five people on a Saturday night. They were very patient trying to help us get that reservation.
The minibar is limited. It only had soft drinks and beer and I understand it is complimentary. I wanted much more choice and would pay for it. The complimentary evening cocktails were disappointing.
