the location was really good. it is easy to reach different parts of the city and public transport is near. the staff members were professional and kind. i found that charming.
my room was very small. there was barely any space to walk around the bed. hanging space only had four hangers. i thought it was not enough.

the location was acceptable, near transport links.
The room was small. i struggled to move around comfortably, and the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. the air conditioning did not work. The room was too hot

the staff proved friendly. the daily complimentary walking tour was a generous intro to the city. the room included complimentary slippers, a nice plus.

The staff were helpful. They helped me with directions and recommendations. The complimentary pastries in the reception were a DELIGHT! The location is super central, next to a metro station. Made exploring the city so easy. I just LOVED my time here. They even helped me after I got home!
The breakfast had a simple selection of foods, but I wish they had more hot options.

I enjoyed the free drinks in the minibar, restocked daily. the staff always greeted me warmly. the hotel sells day-travel passes at reception. This was super convenient.
the breakfast was fairly simple! though it had a good selection of breads.
