i loved how close the hotel was to everything in the gothic quarter! the staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations and directions. our room was very quiet, a real plus after a long day of exploring. i really appreciated the bottled water provided upon arrival too!

Coffee and tea are available in the lobby from 1 to 8pm. That is a super convenient option. the pastries at breakfast were amazing. They had a delicious selection. i also found two great coffee shops nearby within 50m.

The staff were very helpful. I asked for a map. I received useful transport links. i got a room upgrade. This was a lovely surprise at check-in! they were always available to answer questions.

The location was very convenient for exploring the Gothic Quarter.

The size of the room was disappointing. It felt much smaller than expected. Getting to the hotel was also a problem. Taxi drivers seemed reluctant to drop us off directly in front, leaving us to walk some distance with our luggage.

The location was pretty central. I suppose that was something.

The room I had was not great. It felt quite small. I booked a double room, but it felt more like a single and the pictures online showed a much more modern decor than what I saw. I also found that taxis could not come directly to the hotel, so you need to walk a few blocks with luggage.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff helped me arrange a taxi. the room had complimentary bottled water upon arrival. breakfast had good choices, with the omelettes made to order. I found it quite satisfying.

My room's small window looked only at rooftops. It wasn't ideal, but it didn't bother me much.
