mixed experience due to service issues

the location is central and convenient.
The emergency contact did not answer calls when i locked my phone in the room after check-out , causing me to almost miss my flight. breakfast was promised but never delivered the night before my early departure. additionally, the shower did not function properly. The wand would not stay in place and the basin was clogged.

the apartment was super stylish and clean. the high ceilings. a real treat was the delivered breakfast each morning. it included fresh-squeezed orange juice, a nice touch.
on the morning of our check out, the reception was not yet open. i had to leave my key in the room. i did not realize i had locked my phone inside.

the location was perfect, tucked in a quiet area. many sights, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, including the iconic time out market. the area felt very secure.

every staff member was friendly. the host met us and strived to offer my family the best experience. the apartments are cleaned daily with great attention to detail.

the apartment was very spacious and well equipped. the building has been very well renovated. the original staircase is a great feature. the bed was super comfy and robes with slippers were provided.
