a relaxed stay with a rooftop pool
mini bar comfy bed helpful staff
The room was nice with a complimentary mini bar and comfy beds! the swimming pool was open till 10pm. water in the pool felt really warm. breakfast had lots of choices. I did not miss anything, though the staff at the reception was helpful and smiling all the time.

the front desk staff were very responsive and helpful! i want to highlight the evening shift gentleman with glasses. he offered us another room, and he was understanding and super helpful.

The hotel included a heated swimming pool on the roof. It was very clean. there is a jacuzzi next to the pool area, though i didn't have time to enjoy it. i saw a gym on the first floor, though i did not visit.

The breakfast was great, it had plenty of options. the dining area was spacious. There were many tables available. staff at the breakfast were attentive, though sometimes slow to bring coffee. I sometimes had to ask again for it.

fresh juice friendly waiters heated pool
The breakfast offered fresh orange juice every morning! I enjoyed smoked salmon and cream cheese toast. The waiters were friendly. The hotel provided airport pick-up and drop-off which was very useful, and they also have a heated pool on the terrace. My room included a free minibar and a Nespresso machine on the first day!

modern design numerous options vegetarian food water damage hot tub sliding doors
i appreciated the modern design of the rooms. the breakfast menu had numerous options. vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods were available.
the bathroom flooring had suffered water damage , and the door did not close properly. the rooftop hot tub was out of order during my entire stay. i also experienced being trapped on the rooftop terrace due to malfunctioning sliding doors.

helpful staff perfect space
the staff was very helpful and professional during my week-long stay. my room had a balcony with a courtyard view. staff also assisted with food services for a meeting i held there. the location is near edward 7th park, offering a nice view.
the rooftop area was busy. it was difficult to find a place to sit. this occurred because check-in finished only after 3pm
