Stylish Stay Near the Metro
clean room luxurious touch helpful staff efficient reception
I appreciated the clean room and luxurious touches. The toiletries were high quality branded products. The staff at the reception were always helpful and efficient. It's a SUPER place for travelers.
There was NO closet space in the room so it was difficult to keep my things organized .

The hotel is very close to the metro station, made traveling around town simple. It took only about ten minutes to reach the center! There is also a lift for easy access to all floors.

My room featured a large mirror with an integrated TV. This was an unexpected detail. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room was quiet, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

The breakfast offered a decent selection of tasty items. I found it simple but adequate. The hotel features a restaurant with an Italian menu where I had a good meal and received superb service. It was quite NICE.

The hotel is right next to the Intendente Metro station. The famous E28 tram also passes by the entrance. I found a nice little square with bars and restaurants just a few minutes down the road.

The room decor was fresh and modern. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. The location next to the metro made traveling easy. I found the staff very attentive.

coffee machine restaurant food upper floor views missing wardrobe impractical placement
the included coffee machine was a nice amenity. i found the views from the upper floors to be quite nice. the 5th-floor views especially stood out. the restaurant also served good food.
I noticed there was no wardrobe in the room for clothes. also, the towel hooks were placed in the toilet area. This placement seemed impractical to me.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel location was near the metro (very convenient!). my room had nice toiletries that were restocked daily. i found a birthday cake and message in my room, a really nice touch.
the bathroom had an open design, so sounds carried into the room.

The location was acceptable for accessing different parts of the area.
The noise levels were AWFUL. Street noise. A room change helped somewhat, BUT the new room was smaller.
