excellent stay!
central location welcome drink close restaurants
The hotel location was central. i appreciated being so close to shops and restaurants. the staff offered a complimentary welcome drink voucher upon arrival. I found this very cute.
The room was a bit small. I struggled to find space for my luggage.

I found the freshly prepared omelets especially tasty. the hotel restaurant offered convenient on-site dining, and there's airport shuttle service available for easy transport. i noticed there were several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Fantastic Stay at Prime Location
easy access various options
The location allowed easy access to numerous attractions by foot. Breakfast had various options. I especially liked the apples in the lobby. They were available for a late-night snack. The staff was attentive throughout my stay.
The room felt quite small and lacked space. Moving around required careful maneuvering, especially with furniture placement.

welcome wine birthday surprise helpful staff thoughtful stay
The hotel provided a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival. I found that very kind. Staff delivered a bottle of bubbly and pudding to my room for my birthday. The team was really helpful with all my requests. I found this stay especially thoughtful.

The double room was super clean and furnishings were beautiful. The bed featured very comfortable pillows, and I appreciated this detail after long days exploring. Rituals products were available in the bathroom.

The hotel organized a shuttle taxi to the airport for me, and I found that very useful. The location was superb, offering convenient access to major attractions. Excursions were within walking distance.

amazing staff fancy touch
The rituals products in the bathroom were awesome! complimentary robes were such a fancy touch. the staff are amazing and were really nice too help me. andre at the front desk even carried my bags to the taxi. What a star!

Acceptable stay in central area
helpful staff central location small room insufficient isolation
Reception staff were helpful. Breakfast included many options. I appreciated the central location, it provided good access to transport links. Staff was very nice, especially Afonso.
The room felt small. There was no space for storing my clothes, everything remained in my suitcase. Sound isolation was insufficient in the rooms. I heard noise from neighboring rooms.
