valet parking bakery items missing bathrobes old room
The hotel provided valet parking at no extra cost. The staff was always eager to assist with any requests. I found a variety of fresh bakery items during breakfast (especially the croissants!). There was also a wide selection of cheeses available.
The hotel room showed its age. I noticed the absence of bathrobes, which I expected in a hotel of this level. I think that the hotel should review these details.

palace perfection
fantastic location helpful staff
the breakfast was genuinely amazing with loads of choice including free-flowing champagne it was an awesome start to each day. the staff members were always available plus super helpful making me feel right at home. the evening piano performances in the lobby were a big hit really adding a touch of class.
the room could use a little updating honestly some of the furniture looked a bit worn. the shower pressure was pretty weak and the temperature was tough to regulate i hope they look into that.

the lobby offers live piano performances in the evenings creating a refined ambiance. breakfast includes free-flowing champagne along with a diverse buffet selection that caters to many tastes it is a really nice perk. a fitness room is available though it is small offering basic equipment.

the staff is consistently helpful and friendly attending to guest needs with promptness and professionalism. concierge services readily assist with arranging tours and restaurant reservations. turn-down service provides an extra touch of luxury preparing the room for the night.

historic charm redefined!
sparkling wine convenient location nice touch local recommendations
The hotel's breakfast was very excellent. I especially loved the sparkling wine option. The location was convenient, so many sites were within easy walking distance. I received a special delivery of Pastel de Nata in my room. It was such a nice touch. The staff were very helpful. They provided great local recommendations.
the air conditioning took a while to cool the room down, which wasn't ideal during the heat.
