the location was central, offering easy access to many restaurants. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight. I especially liked the mini kitchen, equipped with a fridge and a dishwasher.

the staff were ALWAYS helpful and genuinely friendly , promptly addressing my requests. When i needed fresh towels , the cleaning staff provided them quickly and efficiently , which was great.

this hotel is close to everything. The hotel is located a short walk from the historic center, with a metro stop right in front. many restaurants and shops are also nearby.

The location was convenient to many attractions.
The room felt VERY outdated. The furniture seemed old, the bathroom needed serious attention, and everything just had that stale smell, ugh. The bed was UNCOMFORTABLE, like sleeping on a rock, and I woke up with back pain EVERY morning.

The location was amazing. It made it easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The terrace bar is great and the pool also.
The air conditioning was not working well. I complained several times. I was told they were changing from hot to cold.
