Superb Stay!
perfect locationrich breakfastkindly receptionistnice terrace
The location rocks, near everything. I loved the walk to Barceloneta and the beach. The Ciutadela park also was a plus, it is close. Breakfast had a rich offer and receptionists are kind persons.
The shower bath seemed a bit moldy, I have to admit. the hall's scent wasn't the best.

The coffee shop in the lobby is convenient for a quick bite. Breakfast had a lot of options, from fruit to pastries. I definitely enjoyed the morning coffee that they prepared, what a great experience.

mixed feelings about this stay
luggage keepingtiny roomnon-soundproof
the staff was nice enough to keep our luggage on the check-out day since we had a night flight.
the room did not match the photos. it was tiny, dirty, and completely non-soundproof. we could hear everything happening around us, and it did not correspond to what we had booked. i would sincerely recommend avoiding this place.

The rainfall shower in my superior room exterior was amazing. i loved the metro station access. It made getting around so easy.. it's just a short walk! plus, the staff stored my bags after checkout. That was super convenient.

the location was very convenient, near the metro station. the proximity to restaurants and shops was an advantage (i could get anything i needed quickly).

the location was excellent with many nearby spots. i found several good restaurants close to the hotel. a supermarket was also within 100 meters, convenient!!!

The location proved convenient near the harbor and Gothic quarter. The metro was also nearby. The room was clean and bright. The terrace provided a nice spot for evening drinks.
The air conditioning did not function properly in my room. I was not offered a fan, alternative room, or compensation. I experienced a very hot and uncomfortable night.

Staff assisted with restaurant and transportation references. I was allowed a late check-out at 12pm. I was able to store bags and use the pool after checking out which I appreciated.
