helpful staff complimentary wine
The front desk staff was helpful. they offered complimentary wine and chocolates in my room upon arrival, a nice touch. i really appreciated the welcome drink. It was a lovely gesture. i also liked the bottled water provided.
i had to drag my luggage for a few blocks.

the location is central for all the shops and it's within a short walk to many attractions. the aerobús to get to the airport is only a five-minute walk away. it's very convenient and close to transport links.

The room I got was not great. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom, so I could not take a shower without water all over the floor.

functional bathroom quiet air conditioning lovely terrace
My room was very well presented and the air conditioning worked quietly. The bathroom was very functional, including a large walk-in shower and nice toiletries. I especially enjoyed the lovely roof terrace for an evening cocktail. The views were amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a fair choice of foods.

friendly bartender amazing drinks
The rooftop bar was very nice! the bartender, juan. He made amazing drinks. i also loved how central the location was. It made exploring the area easy.
the noise from the street was a bit noticeable at times.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions (I am a big walker!). The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff was kind and helpful with directions.
The room I had was a bit small. I would have liked a bigger selection of English channels on the television.
