Excellent location with great staff
kind staff luggage storage pleasant bar great area
The staff was very kind! I arrived earlier than check-in, and i was able to leave my luggage there. They also told me of the different events that were taking place each night of my stay. I found that very helpful. The rooftop patio bar is really pleasant. The area is also great for walking around.
The ice maker was out of order . It was somewhat of a disappointment, though i understand these things happen.

Reception staff were cute, and very helpful. They quickly addressed my needs. Luggage storage was available for early arrivals. I REALLY appreciated their attention to detail.

The hotel breakfast offered a good choice of food each morning. There are numerous excellent restaurants near the hotel. I found many choices. The rooftop bar provided a fun atmosphere.

The rooms were clean and modern. They had everything i needed. The rooftop lounge was really nice with outdoor seating. The location is close to many main attractions.

The hotel is near the metro and within walking distance of many attractions. the rooftop pool offered great views and lounge seating. i found the restaurant directly below to be a highlight. The culinary experience there was great.

the breakfast lounge, located on the top floor, presented fabulous city views. there was a large selection of foods available including cereal, fruit, bread, pastries, eggs and freshly made juice.

the hotel is situated in a central location in the nicest and oldest part of the city, called 'el born'. the hotel's location also offers close proximity to restaurants and shops around the hotel and the closeness to the metro.

the rooms featured bluetooth ceiling speakers, nice for easy connection. my room contained a large, comfortable bed and a wardrobe provided sufficient storage space. a nice outdoor terrace is available.

the rooftop bar was good.
The shower pressure was inadequate. Very little water came out. the coffee at breakfast also lacked flavor.

poor soundproofing street noise
I had some issues . The noise isolation was not good at all. I could hear everything happening on the street. The room above me was also quite audible.
