limited vehicular access night music
The hotel had some issues. I found vehicular access quite limited. There was noise at night from nearby bars. The sound of music made it hard to sleep even with earplugs.

helpful staff unbeatable location
the staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating! they let me keep my bags there after checkout. i had a super experience, and the location was unbeatable. the breakfast selection included fresh fruit and pastries, which i really enjoyed.
the street noise was considerable at night! i should have brought earplugs. i hope the hotel considers providing them in the future.

the hotel sits on a very lively street! proximity to bus stop 14 makes airport transfers convenient! it's also an easy walk to many main attractions, i loved it!

the room included molton brown toiletries, such a fancy touch! the beds have soft linens and comfy pillows, ensuring a restful night! underfloor heating in the bathroom kept everything cozy.

the staff were friendly and helpful! they offered great service throughout my stay. the front desk provided helpful restaurant recommendations and directions, which definitely. i really felt looked after.

breakfast included a wide choice of continental options. fresh smoothies are available and were delicious. a bar on-site offered a weekly special cocktail, super tasty! this made relaxing in the hotel so easy!

A stay with mixed results
noisy street small bathroom
the location was central, making it easy to walk to many restaurants.
My room faced a pedestrian street. It was noisy late into the night. the small bathroom flooded after showering (it lacked a proper partition).
