the staff were very helpful and friendly. they promptly assisted when i needed help with directions. my room was clean and well-kept. breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold items.
the gym required an extra fee, which i found a little inconvenient.

helpful staff good breakfast missing phone broken refrigerator
the restaurant attached was quite good. i found the breakfast to be quite nice. It included fruits, eggs, and breads.
There WAS no phone in the room, i had to go to the front desk. the refrigerator stopped working overnight. I had to throw food out. It WAS a disappointing experience.

i booked this place since it looked okay in cost and since i had mostly booked a lot of activities. the safe was broke, the tv only worked sometimes and on the last night, there were fresh towels, yet the bed was not changed. i think the hotel should improve in these areas.

clean room amazing breakfast friendly staff warm water
I found the room very clean, and it featured a nice bathroom with all necessary facilities. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! The staff demonstrated great friendliness. The spa offered a pleasant experience with warm water, perfect after sightseeing. The restaurant served great food. I loved it.
The towels could use an update as the current ones showed some wear and tear.

i found the staff very friendly when i arrived. a young male at check-in offered excellent recommendations for the area, and the restaurant staff created a cute atmosphere. the spa offered relaxation after long days of exploring, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices.
i encountered a non-functional coffee machine in my room. it was a minor inconvenience, but a working machine would have been appreciated.
