fresh bread good choice provided toiletries
The room included a kettle. I found toiletries provided, helpful (especially the soap!). Breakfast had good choice and lovely fresh bread.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had many options. I found the breakfast options quite satisfying. The hotel location is convenient. It is close to many shops. I could walk to restaurants.
My room was small. The window had a huge draft. I had to tuck the curtains down. It was an effort to retain heat. The hot water had a smell. This smell bothered me.

amazing trip!
perfect location helpful staff clean rooms comfy beds
The location is perfect. It is just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. the reception staff were awesome! they were helpful and provided fantastic customer service. i found the rooms clean and the beds super comfy. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and high quality, which i really enjoyed!
the standard room i had was a bit small, and there was a slight draft from the window.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. i found many different options available each morning. the choices included both hot and cold items. There was definitely something for everyone and the food was AMAZING!!!

the staff assisted with storing luggage before check-in. they also provided helpful information regarding local attractions! i felt supported . the team were very good too help!!!

The rooms were clean and of a good size. i really loved the shower room size. It was more than adequate. the tv had channels in my language, unexpected. It was a big bonus for downtime!

peeled wallpaper useless drapes
The family room I had felt a bit odd. The bathroom was not connected to the main loft area, trekking down some stairs in the middle of the night (not ideal, let me tell you). Some wallpaper peeled in a few places, and the floor seemed to have survived a minor war with all the scratches. I guess the drapes also witnessed better days. Holes made them pretty useless against the midnight sun.
