the location was excellent near shopping streets and restaurants i found the staff very helpful with directions and taxi reservations my room was warm and clean with comfortable bed breakfast offered enough choices to start the day well i would book again. the front desk staff stored luggage until my room was ready they also emailed me as soon as the room was available the shower was nice and warm and rooms were cozy. the breakfast had both sweet and savory options which i liked check in was fast even late at night the staff was friendly to my needs.
The entrance has steps before reaching the lift it can be difficult with large suitcases. the lift doesn't begin on the ground floor. It starts on the first floor.

the hotel sits in the pedestrian area close to the main shopping street and various restaurants and bars i was able to easily walk to many attractions buses for excursions outside the city were also nearby.

THE location was amazing. I could walk EVERYWHERE! The breakfast was a HUGE bonus, it helped save money. My room was very clean and the staff provided helpful tips for exploring the area. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere SO much.

i loved that the hotel offered to store my baggage. i arrived early and wanted to explore without dragging luggage. the staff provided local tips with a map. the daily breakfast started each day of exploring on the right foot.
the room was small, there was really no place to store clothes or luggage. it made moving around difficult. the windows were close to another building, so i kept the curtains closed

The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing local attractions and transport links.
The room allocated to me was quite small. There was minimal space for luggage. I found the limited storage impacted the comfort of my stay. Breakfast lacked variety (I would have liked to see a better selection of hot dishes), and the constant noise from nearby establishments late into the night disturbed my sleep.
