rude staff poor customer service
The location was convenient to the railway station. Leaving luggage there before check-in was also convenient.
The customer service was not good. Staff was very rude and seemed to lack customer service skills. Calling with a problem did not help because they were not willing to assist.

A good visit
key attractions cooking facilities washing machine kind staff
The location offered easy access to key attractions. I walked to the castle and several museums. The studio i booked included cooking facilities and a washing machine which proved very useful. Staff members were kind and accommodating, . I found the bed cozy and warm with georgian charm adding to the ambiance.
I noticed a very slight flickering of the bathroom light, though it didn't significantly impact my stay. it was something i feel worth mentioning.

The pool offered a nice space to unwind, i noticed many guests enjoying its calm atmosphere. The gym, while small, was adequately equipped for a basic workout with cardio machines and free weights. EVERYTHING looked WELL maintained.

The front desk was consistently helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations. Housekeeping maintained a good standard, i saw them attending to requests promptly. Staff members also handled my luggage storage with care, they ensured a smooth experience.

good location quiet space excessive codes bed discomfort
the location was good.. a short walk got me to the city center quickly. the room had everything i needed for my visit. it was also a quiet space, a plus.
the apartments are not as luxurious as described. i found three codes necessary to get in, one for the main door, another for a second door, and a final one for the room itself. this seemed excessive, and the bed wasn't comfortable at all, bed discomfort.

Convenient central stay
cooking facilities kind staff convenient location
The studio apartment was spacious. It included cooking facilities. A washing machine was available. The staff demonstrated kindness. They were accommodating to my needs. The location offered proximity to historical sites. Haymarket Station was quiet. The tram offered access. Several restaurants were nearby.
The floors needed a better cleaning, as my socks picked up dirt quickly.
