efficient assistance fresh towel useful fridge
I needed assistance at 1 AM after leaving my key inside, and the lady on the phone provided great help. The provided towels felt fresh, and the TV worked perfectly. The kitchen's fridge proved useful for snacks. I also appreciated having a full kitchen.
The coffee machine had a slimy appearance.

The accommodation included three single beds which was useful. I found even an iron for my clothes. The location had many shops nearby.

Decent stay with some minor issues

The location was quite convenient for exploring. The hot water worked well. This was important. The room felt spacious enough.
The pillows provided were not comfortable at all. I thought the bathroom facilities were a bit cramped. There were some drips coming from the radiator that i noticed.

Central and Convenient Stay
great location clean room comfortable beds easy check-in
The room had a great location for exploring (it was a really handy base). It felt clean and the beds provided excellent comfort. I also found the room to be quite spacious, awesome for easy movement and storage. The check-in process was simple, utilizing a key safe, meaning I didn't have to worry about arriving at a set time.
I noticed the front door slammed loudly as other guests came and went. This occurred at different times and it disturbed my sleep. It's only a minor thing but could be easily addressed.

Access to the rooms was very easy, as there was a key safe to open. This helped avoid stress about arriving at a specific time. The staff mailed back my earbuds that I left behind (which was kind).

The room included a kettle and instant coffee, allowing me to make hot drinks. The location in a quiet street provided a quiet setting (which I definitely appreciated). The ability to store luggage after checkout until departure was convenient.

the staff let us check in early and also allowed us to keep our baggage after we checked out for safe keeping. the team was very helpful. i had a lovely stay there, it was really nice.
