Really good Stay, A Home Away from Home
convenient location perfect cleanliness fully equipped kitchen modern decor
I found the location convenient. It made exploring effortless. The cleanliness was perfect. The room felt fresh and cute. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. I could easily prepare meals. The modern decor created an inviting atmosphere. The aesthetic was very pleasing.
The street noise was slightly noticeable, especially during peak hours, but it did not significantly impact my stay.

The King Suite provided a spacious layout with ample storage. It included a king-sized bed with quality linens. The bathroom had both a separate shower and a bathtub. The fixtures were modern and well kept. A separate seating area allowed for relaxation. It enhanced the overall comfort.

Small Room, some ISSUES
small room weak shower
The room was smaller than expected. Passing each other was difficult outside of the bathroom. It almost felt claustrophobic. the lights used touch screen controls. THAT seemed unnecessary and overly complicated. The shower pressure was weak, a minor but annoying issue.

the room felt private and it was a decent size for two people. the bathroom was a good size and modern. the overall look of the room was nice and matched photos online.
the pillows were not of great quality or standard to be lying on. each pillow was lumpy this caused me to have poor quality of sleep during my trip.

tech features comfortable beds self check in small studio misleading description apartment photo
My room had clever tech features with comfortable beds. Self check in was helpful. The generous 12:00 check out time meant I could go out for breakfast without rushing. It was GREAT!!!
The photos looked AMAZING. Room 2 was very disappointing, however. It is actually an small studio flat. Referring to it as an apartment is misleading.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment
great location convenient bus stop useful microwave
I appreciated the location near the EICC. The walk into town was easy. I found the bus stop across the road very convenient. I also appreciated the character of the building, it was a change from soulless hotels. The kitchen had a microwave and a sofa that i found useful.
The stairs were many since my room was on a higher floor. This might be difficult for some guests.

Staff were quick to assist in providing a cot, they were also friendly. Communication with the staff regarding requests or issues was efficient and always polite. I am grateful for the prompt and helpful service i received.

The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed plus pillows. This helped to rest. The bathroom was big with clean towels and soap. I found it well-stocked. I was happy with the level of cleanliness.

The kitchen area included everything i needed from a coffee maker to a microwave and stove. The decor was beautiful, with light fixtures and comfortable sofas. This created a pleasant atmosphere. I was satisfied with available amenities.
