the location was very convenient, near the metro station. the staff were friendly, always available when i needed assistance.
The bathroom lacked privacy. The toilet area was easily visible from the bed. the window in my room did not seal properly, so i could hear street noise.

the coworking space on the ground floor offered ample room. the breakfast included varied options and was well-stocked. the rooftop sauna provided city views, and the pool operated around the clock, so it was convenient!
the bathroom design may not suit all travellers, as the shower and toilet cubicles offer limited privacy.

the room had a door that was hard to close and a window that let in noise. it seemed not up to standard for a hotel i loved.

I felt the noise from nearby streets was a bit disruptive at night. This made it difficult to fall asleep quickly. I suggest soundproofing measures to mitigate this problem.

the laundry service was overpriced. a laundry bill included a receipt showing i was charged 166 euro for a service that cost the hotel only 60 euro. i felt ripped off. i would not return to this hotel because of this overcharge.
